Los Pacos is located north of the municipality, and it is a neighborhood that does not have specific boundaries due to the areas in Fuengirola.
However, according to historians, Los Pacos is the area that surrounds the avenues of Finland and Los Pacos. Living in this area is a privilege as it has natural environments and places rich in history.
In this neighborhood, there is a large colony of Finns, around 5,000 inhabitants, who are so rooted that they already have radio and television stations.
Characteristics of the Los Pacos area
The existence of this area is further proof that Fuengirola never ceases to amaze. There are many wonderful places that have been built and remodelled for use as recreational sites.
Several vertical gardens have been created in Fuengirola, but one of them is located in Los Pacos.Many pots with plants were placed to decorate the city and give it an elegant touch.

The disadvantage of living in an area like this could be the inability to differentiate some areas of the municipality.

In this area, properties are available at various prices. For example, two-bedroom and two-bathroom flats can be found for 195,000 euros. There are also four-bedroom flats located on the first floor that cost 239,000 euros.
